The dough for dumplings easy (better with the addition of eggs)
potatoes - 5 tubers
onion - 1 onion
butter - 1 tbsp
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
dill or parsley - to taste
salt, ground black pepper - to taste

To prepare the Dumplings with potatoes should:

Prepare the filling: peeled potatoes, boil in salted water, hot mash, adding butter, or RUB through a sieve, add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the onion and fry until Golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil. Mix the fried onions (along with oil) prepared with hot potatoes, carefully stirring the whole mass of the filling, allow to cool.

To make a simple dough for dumplings, cut into laesecke, putting into each spoon of the filling, boil in salted boiling water. Serve with good fried in vegetable oil onion, chopped into large rings. You can sprinkle the dumplings with hot oil, which was grilled onions, or melted butter. In the potato stuffing instead of the bow (or simultaneously with) you can add chopped dill.
