you went to the book store and bought a novel. the seller guaranteed that you would be fully satisfied with their service. when you came
back home, you found out that some of the pages of the book were missing. you went to the store to replace it. however, you were told that
the damage had been caused by your use. you got very angry. write a letter of complaint to the manager of the store explaining the problems.

you were planning a trip for business. you called the airline company and arranged your flight. however, later on you were wamed that your
night was delayed. you were very worried as you could miss a very special event if you arrived at your destinntion later. besides, it could
cause many problems related to your business. write a letter of complaint to the airline director explainin the problems your wetter should
