1 Because the hare is self-confidence. He thinks he can run very quickly.
2 Because the Tortoise is walking on and on, she doesn’t rest for a minute. She is very hardworking and persistent.
3. The hare represents self-confident, lazy and impatient people. The tortoise represents calm, wise, patient and kind people.
4. I guess that's typical situation, because it real life people get great reesults and success step by step, working hard and respect other people around.
