Music has always been one of the major joys of human society. People like hearing and playing music. It includes the piano, the guitar, the drums, the violin, the trumpet and so on.
Best of all, I like playing the guitar. It's my favourite musical instrument. Its strings sound very gently.
The history of this instrument is rather old. It goes back to ancient times. It's about 5000 years old. The word “guitarra” has Spanish roots. It appeared in the English language in the 17th century.
Today there are a lot of types of the guitar. It has become one of the lead items in most popular music genres: pop, rock, punk and even chanson.
As for me, I like itsbeautiful melodies and gentle tone. It's not difficult to play the guitar, but you need to learn.
