I think that it's good idea to take up new kind of sport. In my opinion judo make people strong, keep them feet, more organized and better disciplined. I believe that this kind of sport help you to solve some problem. I think that "A sound mind in a sound body".
As for me I like sport greatly. In summer I like to run, to swim in the river with my friends. In winter we go for sking and skating.
I'm also a football fun. I try to watch every football match on TV. Moreover I like to play basketball with school team. We try to win every sports competitions.
