If you want to report a question, you have to keep in mind all the general rules plus remember the right word order. Let's practise a bit.
1.'Can you hear it?'
Harry asked Ron if he hear that.
2.'Does it make any difference?'
Hermione asked whether it any difference.
3.'Do you know the way to the platform?'
Harry asked if the family the way to the platform.
4.'Have you got a driving licence?'
Harry wanted to know if Ron a driving licence.
5.'Why didn't they write to you?'
Dobby asked they hadn't written to him.
