7/ My dog is faster than hers.
8/ We are going to go to the city.
9/ Last week my friend played basketball with his friends. 
10/ She can buy a new car.
11/  We could buy a new car 3 years ago.
12/   I shall be able to buy a new car in 3 years.
13/ When we came the lecture had already started.
14 They had already translated this text last lesson.
15. When I came they hadn't left yet, so we only had time for a few words.
16. When our friends came to the airport, the plane had already landed.
17. He suddenly understood that he had travelled in the wrong direction.
18. When Ann had finished her homework she turned on TV.
