I liked the first day at school. First we went to the line devoted to the day of knowledge. Then we went to the classroom. There I saw that we have many new students. I met some of them on the first day. I think that we have a good class. It has the majority of the same people as last year. I was delighted when I found out that I would not have any objects I did not like. Most of all, I was disappointed that our best friend and I are now in different classes. But nevertheless, the day went well.

A lot of things can be improved in a hospital.
First, conditions in the wards can be improved. 
New beds and bed linen can be bought.
Air-conditioners can be installed to make the air inside the building  better.
If possible better and more efficient medicine should be used.
New technology can be used at a larger scale.
Food is usually very bad in hospitals, so more tasty food should be offered to the patients.
Salaries of doctors should be raised too.
Nurses and paramedics should also get a higher pay.
Doctors who work at nights should really work, not sleep.
