Healthy habits are 1) doing and playing sports;

2) eating healthy food;

3) spending much time in the fresh air;

4) sleeping not less than 8 (eight) hours.

Healthy habit:

1) play sports, play sports games;  

2) eat healthy food;

3) spend a lot of time outdoors;

4) sleep at least 8 (eight) hours.
