1. I think  the best way to learn English is reading English books or magazines which are interesting to you, listening to your favourite singers who sing in English, watching funny and simple cartoons and of course chatting with native English speakers

2. It is difficult question. To my mind it could be German or French. But I suppose that learning English is the best choice because now it is an international language

3. Yes, I think they are enough good. Our English  lessons are interesting and dynamic.

4. I think that the first step towards speaking English is to find something interesting to you. It can be anything from your favourite fairy-tale in English, board game to Harry Potter series. If you stick you will start to translate, then learn new words and you will enjoy the process
