Nowadays world is full of different helpful conditions which have good influence on our life. Today is very popular to lead healthy way of life and do everything to improve body health. And, to my mind, SN sites can be really useful on the one hand and harmful on another. Why? People while looking on their celebrities want to be just the same, with the same shapes and so on, but they don’t think about their health. And the first tip they lead is diet. What does word “diet” means for you? Eat healthy food in small portions and drink a lot of water, or eat just cucumbers in the morning? On this place usually people start thinking over: “ What should I do?” As for me, I like idea of being healthy and strong and now I would like to tell you about two sides of the gold medal due to diet. First will be positive: while person eat healthy food in proper time and drink a lot of water, his or her organism will work more calm and digestive system will be happy. Negative side: your organism will be not ready for such changing and you will fell really exhausted and sad. So I will say that without doctors advice you must not keep any of diet, because the consequences won’t be happy. I prefer do sports and eat healthy food in time. You can ran in the park or stadium every morning or evening, listen to music and be always in a good mood)
In the summer my parents and I was resting in the forest. We settled down at the recreation center . Our cabin was among the pine trees , their legs looked in our windows . Looking out the window early in the morning , I saw red squirrels , pine jumps from a pine tree . If they were hungry , then fell to the ground. Every time we went into the woods in search of mushrooms and berries , birds anxiously cried out , and on the tops of the firs sound went far, far down the chain . I assumed that birds that are closer to us, warn others that are moving in the direction of their people . They serve alarm. Mom and Dad have confirmed my thought . And dad said that people often due to their negligence suit or forest fires ravage birds' nests , so forest dwellers are afraid of humans. I was hurt and pain for the people who do it , but I was glad that I noticed restless behavior of birds. In the future, I'll try not to scare them , and do not worry . You can observe nature without destroying it .
