MY Country

Kazakhstan is our motherland. Kazakhstan is an independent republic in the Commonwealth of Independent States. It is second to Russia in its territory. Kazakhstan borders on Russia in the north, on Mongolia - in the east, on China - in the south - east. It borders on Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in the south. It is washed by the Caspian Sea in the west.Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan. It is situated in the north of the country. It's now a big industrial, cultural, scientific and administrative centre of the republic. Kazakhstan has the population of about 14 million people. More than a hundred nationalities live there. There are a lot of rivers and lakes in Kazakhstan. The largest lake is Balkhash. People go fishing there. In the north-west there is the Aral Sea, it is becoming dead because of the poisoned environment.Kazakhstan is rich in national resources such as coal, iron, oil, different coloured metals. Kazakhstan is a great agricultural region. There are such big industrial centres in Kazakhstan as Almaty, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Pelropavlovsk, Taraz and others. A lot of people of different nationalities live in Kazakhstan in a friendly family. Our motto is "Peace and Friendship".

I like watching a films. And my favourite film is " Avatar", directed by James Cameron.

To tell the Truth, I have not seen anything more interesting and exciting in my life.The  film descibes the events of the year 2154.The story it advances the idea of care  for living beings and the nature as the only way to survive for the whole planet. It shows how cruel people may be. So everyone can make parallels to the ecological situation on the Earth and the way people treat it.

To my point of view? this film is great!
