*Favorite sport*

My favorite sport is running. There are days when you just want to get up and run! I, for example, just grab my I-pod and run out of the house to shake off the burden of accumulated problems. And every time it works!  Running is very good for your health, of course, except when it is contraindicated by your doctor. Physically, running helps you stay in good physical shape, because it helps you burn calories because of the high energy consumption. Running also reduces the risk of heart disease, as it lowers blood pressure and maintains the elasticity of blood vessels. By releasing toxins and training your muscles and bones, it also slows down the aging process. In psychological terms, running promotes the production of the" happiness hormone " endorphin, which improves your well-being.

My favorite sport
The sport of basketball is known as a fun pass time for any person young or old. Basketball is a great way to get exercise and a great way to have fun with some friends and even make new ones. Basketball has many negative and positive things about it in my opinion. I love to watch and play the game, basketball is a very entertaining sport and can be played by anyone. Basketball is known as a good pastime in many people’s eyes but can also be seen as a passion for many others.

              Basketball is one of the best things I can do with my friends. I see basketball as a fun and easy way to have fun rather than sitting on the couch all day playing video games or watching television. One reason why I love basketball is because you need only yourself to play the game or you can play with other people. I prefer to play with others rather than just playing alone. I see playing alone as a time better yourself and playing with other people is to have fun. You can meet tons of new people and you are able to play with your friends for hours without getting one thought of boredom.
