To my mind there are some reasons. First nowadays everything we do is connected with computer technology and software is developed in English. Everybody can uses is much effectively if he\she knows English. Both children and adults are crazy about computer gaming. Knowing English gives opportunity to understand correctly what person has to do in his game. Besides when person graduates the university he\she hopes to find well-paid job. It doesn't matter what knowledge person got but if he\she knows English the chances increase.
