Составь 5 предложений о том, что тебе нужно делать в то время, пока ты сидишь дома на карантине, и 5 предложений о том, что тебе нет необходимости делать, пока ты дома.
Например:

I've been doing

John has been played

I've been talking

Jack London from 5 PM?

Yes I have.

I haven't seen Alex

I have to adhere to quarantine and observe curfew. I have to wear masks and throw them away immediately after use. I have to wash my hands and disinfect myself. I have to follow the news on TV or the internet. I need to know about the accuracy of the information on the internet and I shouldn't believe the rumors to avoid fake and unconfirmed news that lead into rash actions.

Now I don't need to communicate with people outside. I don't need to wait my parents from work. I don't need to worry about my family, because they are all here. I don't need to go to shopping for things of the second and third “level of necessity”. I don't need to go outside anymore.
