In my opinion it's needles to say that sport plays an imporntant role in our life. Sports make us healthy, provide a sense of relaxation in a life of routine marked by miseries and hardships.
People do sports to be stronger and healthier. When we do some exercises we begin vibrant and we have a lot of energy to do something unreal and new. If we do sports we become active, creative, sportive, dashing, daring and adventuros, capable to meet cgallenges in future life.
Millions people are sure that doing sports is rhe best wat to be healthy, not to get too fat, to be more organised and disciplined, to give up harmful habits. But if all the people in the whole world did sports, it could be very good for their health.
