films are probably the nicest and most relaxing thing that people have invented. they help to distract from all the problems, so I often watch movies. I really like the fantasy genre because it shows a world where the unreal can become real. I like to watch films at home, as there are a lot of people in the cinema and you shouldn't make any noise here. but at home, you are alone and you can look the way you want. my friends, who know that I am a film fan ,constantly ask what kind of movie I would recommend. In this article, I want to consider the pros and cons of apartment buildings and private houses. People are increasingly asking the question: "Shouldn't I sell my apartment and move to a private house outside the city?" and this question is becoming more and more relevant day by day. Big cities continue to build up vacant land plots with apartment buildings, the number of storeys of which sometimes exceeds all reasonable limits.
Lack of parking spaces, noisy neighbors. All this suggests the idea of moving to a private house. Most people imagine it as a fairytale house, in which it is always light, warm and a lot of space.
But let's take a look at the pros and cons of living in each of the houses.
Cons of apartment buildings:
- Small area of the apartment;
- Lack of packing places;
- Inadequate or noisy neighbors;
- Bad ecology;
- Poor sound insulation;
- High utility bills;
- Dirty entrances;
- High price per square meter.
Advantages of apartment buildings:
- Good infrastructure;
- Availability of communications;
- Good transport accessibility;
- Safety;
- Investment component.
Disadvantages of private houses:
- Lack of infrastructure;
- High cost of operation;
- Bad roads;
- Lack of central communications;
- Safety;
- Bad investment with the aim of renting and selling.
Advantages of private houses:
- Fresh air;
- cheap cost per square meter;
- lack of neighbors;
- the presence of always packing places;
