I am writing to complain about the matter and the problem happened to me those last weeks.

Firstly, I am very disappointed about the whole hotel service and that I had to pay money everywhere! I guess I have already paid the exhibitions and had to re-pay though i dont have an idea why.

Secondly, the whole holiday thing was awful because of the beach. It was very dirty and just disgusting. Your company lied me about it being "perfectly clean".

All in all, I am very disappointed bacause of my holidays ruined. I am looking forward for your answer so that we can work out the matter of money and so on.

Dear Sir

I dont want complain, but my roomamte crossed all borders.

Every time he bring food in room and leaves trash behind himslef.

Besides of that he littering not only in our room he throw out trash in window.

I asked him many times throws all trash in trashcan, but my words cant reach him.

About cleaning our room you dont even have to task. He simple ignoring me and leaves.

Finally iam lost all hope and decided write this complaintation to you.  

Please take measures to my roommate and punish him according to all rules.
