The capital of the United States of America is the city of Washington, which is named after George Washington, the first President of the United States. It's home to 572 thousand inhabitants. Washington is the political center of the United States, where is the Capitol of the building of the US Congress. Interestingly, the Capitol of the tallest building in this city, as lawmakers banned to build more high buildings.
