Don't stop to believe: to believe- инфинитив (глагол в неопределенной форме спряжения), и переводится дословно: не прекращай верить! Continuous Tense.
Примеры: I have done it- Я это сделал (на момент когда это говорится). I had it done at yesterday noon- Ко вчерашнему полудню, это уже было мной сделано. I will have it done at tomorrow noon- К завтрашнему полудню, я это сделаю.
Кроме того, существует конструкция to have to, являющаяся синонимом модального глагола must. I have to go- Я должен идти.
