Every morning I take a shower. I brush my teeth 2 times a day, morning and evening. This is very important for my health.Sport activities helps me to be strong and healthy.During the winter I go skiing and skating. I spend much time outdoors
Such time spending allows me to not to be ill in winter. It brings a lot of joy and fun. We have a great time with my friends. Every summer we spend 2 weeks with my parents at the sea. We swim in the sea. Eat fresh fruit and tasty food. It is my favorite habit.

the english like what they call "good plain food". usually they like steak, roast beef, yorkshire pudding, and fish and chips.
