Well

Sunday is my favorite day because I don't have classes.

I don't have any homework! I usually get up early,

but I stay in bed for about an hour! I take it

my laptop and Check my email. I sometimes

send text messages to my friends in bed or chat with them online.

I'm going to eat

when I get hungry and want Breakfast!

After Breakfast I go to a meeting

to meet my friends. We

we usually ride our bikes to the Park. We drive around and we have a lot of them

fun! Sometimes we play football or other games. Often we

forget lunch!

early evening. We have a big dinner,

and then I watch TV with my family. I go to bed around 10 o'clock

2.    I wanted to be healthier and stronger. And losing weight wasn't the last reason, of course.

4.    I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables (about 2 kilos a day). I think that amount of food is a very important thing.
5.   Frankly speaking, I like sweets so much. It was hard to eat less cakes and ice-cream.
6.    I think that healthy nutrition (but not starving) helps you to be strong-willed.
7.    Yes, it did. I lost 5 kilos.
8.    It didn't. Actually, I do sports a lot and I think I'm used to eating healthy food.
