Привет друг, я решил заняться спортом перед летом, чтобы не было стыдно было ходить на пляж. Я записался два месяца назад в зал, я по родителей чтобы они заплатили деньги за индивидуальные тренировки с тренером. Я уже за два месяца сбросил восемь килограмм, я уже вижу что у меня начинает показываться пресс! Я очень благодарен родителям за то что они заплатили за это деньги, ведь я сильно стараюсь и показываю результаты!
