1. According to schedule this train was(Past Simple Active) due to arrive(Infinitive Simple Active) at 12.30, but because of track repair work, it is being delayed(Present Continuous Passive).
2. The passengers were invited(Past Simple Passive) to get on the train and now they are saying (Present Continuous Active) good
bye to those who had come(Past Perfect Active) to see(Infinitive Simple Active) them off.
3. China is planning(Present Continuous Active) to construct(Infinitive Simple Active) several thousand kilometers of track for the
transportation of passengers and trains.
Там, где указываешь инфинитивы - это не совсем сказуемые. (а в задании выписать сказуемые), а если указывать и инфинитивы, то ты не все нашел (ла).
