1. Last summer he went (нужная форма go в Past Simple - went, а не went+ed)  to the country.

2. The test will be (или was, если в Past Simple) difficult.

3. Peter and Jack were (he, she, it + was; I, you, we, they + were) friends at school.

4. Yesterday Mary cooked (cooks - глагол в Present Simple, Мэри готовила вчера, значит Past Simple, cook в P.S. - cooked) dinner.

5. This man likes (I, you, we, they + like; he, she, it + likes, добавляем s) to read books.
