The ideal state is not primarily about the way it looks in the eyes of other countries, and what is happening inside .Power should listen to the will of the people, but not coming up with stupid laws , as is done in some countries.The government should take care of the environmental situation of the country , to provide free , high-quality , medical service. The level of urbanization in the country should be about fifty percent. The government should make higher education affordable and can even mandatory . To elderly people can live in retirement.In an ideal country there is no such thing as " inequality " and the head of state is struggling hard with this .The State Duma should only be adequate and sober people , united by one idea . The idea to make the country better. They should not be lazy and do useless things. In the ideal state by the people strive to make their environment better , which should contribute to a higher power.
