В 1 предложении выделено Last week (  на неделе), это указывает на время (Past Simple). В времени есть правильные и неправильные глаголы, можно посмотреть в талице. See является неправильным, поэтому нужное слово записано во второй колонке (saw). Во 2 и 3 Present Perfect. На это указывают for 5 years,  since 2005. В этом времени  

вс глаголом является Have, Has также глагол с 3 колонки неправильных глаголов. В 4 предложении Present Continuous, к глаголу добавляем окончание ing  и вс глаголы am ( для I) , is ( he, she.it), are ( множественное число). В 5 предложении будущее время (Future Simple) есть только вс глагол will.

Many young people do not agree with me. And for them to go into a major industrial and financial center, the only chance to change their lives. For example, for villagers. This happens because in the villages usually have little jobs. But I do not agree with these people. I think that can be good to live in the village. And I can not explain it. In the village a lot of vacant land where you can build a farm. Selling products to earn a lot of money. You can also open a store and sell it all on your farm. In conclusion, I would say that every person chooses his own path in life. And I do not get tired to argue that it is better to stay to live and work in their home town or village.
