An influencer is a person who can influence the decisions of their followers because of their relationship with their audience.
Influencers often have a large following of people in social media. They have the power to persuade people to buy things, and influencers are now seen by many companies as a direct way to customers’ hearts. Brands are now asking powerful influencers to market their products. With some influencers charging up to $25,000 for one social media post. If you want to be influencer, then here are five tips on how to do it.
1. Choose your theme
What is the area that you know most about? Find the specific area that you’re most interested in and develop it.
2. Choose your medium and write an interesting bio
Decide which medium – such as your own online blog, Instagram or Snapchat – is the best way to connect with your followers. When you have done that, write an attention-grabbing bio that describes you and your speciality area in an interesting and unique way. Make sure that people who read your bio will want to follow you.
3. Post regularly and consistently
Many influencers post daily on their social media accounts. The more you post, the more likely people will follow you..
4. Tell an interesting story
Whether it is a photo or a comment that you are posting, use it to tell a story that will catch the attention of your followers.
5. Make sure people can easily find your content
Publicise your posts on a variety of social media, use hashtags and catchy titles and make sure that they can be easily found.

Но в общем и целом закон един в равной мере для всех граждан. Однако зачастую законы пишутся по образцу неформальных правил поведения,уже существующих в обществе,а отношения между людьми регулируются совокупностью всех этих правил. Эти отношения можно продемонстрировать на примере спортивного клуба. Члена регбийного клуба во время игры настолько злит судья,что он бьёт его и ломает ему нос. Вероятно,что на самом неформальном уровне социальных обычаев человек,который видел этот инцидент или слышал о нём,будет критиковать игрока и пытаться убедить его извиниться и,может быть,как-то компенсировать судье ущерб. На более формальном уровне игрок обнаружит,что нарушил правила своего клуба и,возможно,более обширного института,регулирующего поведение всех людей,играющих в регби,и понесёт наказание: штраф или временная дисквалификация до следующей игры. В конце концов за нападение на судью игрок может столкнуться с обвинением согласно законам своей страны. В большинстве стран есть два вида обвинения. Во-первых,судья может подать гражданский иск против игрока,затребовать компенсацию за причинённый ущерб и подать в суд,если игрок не согласится в ходе частной беседы. Во-вторых,полиция может возбудить дело против игрока за совершённое насилие. Если будет доказана виновность,игрока могут посадить в тюрьму или заставить выплатить штраф суду -- то есть наказание будет как за преступление против государства,поскольку правительства часто расценивают антисоциальное поведение не просто,как инцидент между двумя физическими лицами,а как угрозу благополучия и поядка во всём обществе.
