On Importance of Hobbies
Everyone should have a hobby. In everyday life things do not always run smoothly, and in order to get rid of stress, to cheer up after a busy day we need to do something interesting, such as playing football, cross-stitching, knitting, reading books, collecting stamps or postcards, etc.
Hobbies build confidence because being good at something and learning something new is very rewarding. Hobbies make our brain work. They help to improve our memory, logic, reaction, coordination of movements, flexibility. When doing some kind of hobby, we are actually engaged in creativity. Developing this quality can do us much good. Creative people can easily adjust in life and they tend to look at the world with optimism, because they believe that they can always come up with something, find a way out. And consequently, they suffer from stress less than other people.
Hobbies are especially imporant for children. If you are fond of dancing, singing or painting, you can use it in your future career. You can also find new friends, because there are a lot of people who like the same hobby as much as you do.
