Natural decomposition of various materials requires a certain time: decomposition of paper from 2 to 10 years, a tin can - 90 years, a cigarette filter - 100 years, a plastic bag - 200 years, plastics - 500 years, glass - 1000 years. Food waste represents multiple critical issues such as the development of gases, becoming a habitat for many bacteria, which can be dangerous for the health of millions of people. Moreover, the fact of severe food waste in developed countries makes it a modern paradox of having millions of people across the globe starving.
