Знаменитый голливудский актер Бен Стиллер начал промотур своего нового фильма «Невероятная жизнь Уолтера Митти» с России. Поздним вечером 8 декабря артист прилетел в Москву, а утром 9 числа встретился с журналистами, чтобы рассказать о картине.
«В Москве я впервые. Я прилетел вчера вечером и уже побывал на спонтанной прогулке по Красной площади. Конечно, это место просто потрясает воображение... Там очень красиво, мне все понравилось. Сегодня я хотел бы побывать в Мавзолее. К сожалению, мой нынешний визит в Москву очень короткий, но я надеюсь приехать сюда еще раз», — отметил Бен Стиллер.
Кроме того, актер (а Бен еще и режиссер) заявил, что, возможно, один из своих будущих фильмов снимет в России. «Россия — очень кинематографичная страна. Здесь очень много снега, и это очень красиво! Конечно, я бы хотел снять фильм в России и сделаю это когда-нибудь...»
Говоря о фильме «Невероятная жизнь Уолтера Митти» (ремейк ленты «Тайная жизнь Уолтера Митти» (1947), снятой по книге Джеймса Тербера), Стиллер подчеркнул: «В жизни не все всегда идет так, как задумано... Надо иметь смелость сделать что-то из ряда вон выходящее! Я считаю, что это главная идея фильма». В центре картины Уолтер Митти — скромный фотокорреспондент, который большую часть своей жизни проводит в фантазиях, где он предстает героем, спортсменом, яркой натурой.
