There was a post-office and a large hotel near the theatre. The Stogovs walked on. Soon they came to a street with trees and flowers in the middle. In this street the Stogovs stopped at many shops to look at the shop windows. On one side of this street was a large cinema and a new café, On the other side they saw the town library. At the end of the street was the town hos- pital, After the hospital, our friends turned to the right to go to the town park. They wanted to cross the street, but there were too many cars, trams and buses. When there were no cars, trams or buses, they crossed the street and went into the park. In the park, the father and mother sat down on a bench under a big green tree. The children went for a walk in the park. When the children came back, Vera Ivanovna said, "It's time to go home for tea." "Let us take a bus home," said Victor Nikolayevich. Boris was very glad. He liked to go by bus very much.
