Make present continuous sentences and questions (positive and negative). Use contractions where possible. Example: Hannah / study / in her bedroom Hannah’s studying in her bedroom.

Sport is very important in our life. It is popular among young and old people.

Many people do morning exercises, jog in the morning and train themselves in clubs in different sections and take part in sport competitions.

Sport is the best way to health and fitness.Many people are involved in activities that help them keep fit and enjoy life. Physical recreation includes cycling, boating, jogging, walking.
To keep fit some people attend special classes or take part in aerobics or yoga, do some kind of weight training in a gym. Others play football, badminton, tennis.

Physical training is an important subject at school.
There are some popular kinds of sports in our country: football, volley-ball, hockey, gymnastics, skiing, skating, athletics.

There are summer and winter sports.

My favorite sport is swimming. I go to the swimming pool twice a week.

Чтобы делать такие упражнения, нужно понимать смысл слов. Сначала нужно найти действие, которое произошло первым и перед ним поставить слово WHEN/AFTER (можно использовать и то, и то, when переводится "когда", а after - "после"), а после этого пишется вторая часть. Например:
Я купила пять яблок. Потом я их все съела.
Сначала я что сделала? - Купила яблоки. Значит WHEN/AFTER идет перед этим предложением, ну а второе нужно просто дописать:
Когда/после того как я купила пять яблок, я их все съела.  
На английском это будет звучать так:
When/after I bought five apples, I ate them all.
