School uniform.
In lots of Russian schools there is a school uniform. It has different colors: green, black, red, blue. Everybody has his own opinion about school uniform. Someone likes it while another does not. I don't like the school uniform. I think it's uncomfortable.  We are forced to wear blouses, and it's really cold to wear them in winter, and tights, that are very warm for spring. School uniform is a relic of the past, and it's not necessary to wear it nowadays. It's more comfortable and pleasantly to put on jeans and a T-shirt.

1. It is important to be healthy because there won't be any problem in your life, you won't have to worry about many illnesses because you won't have them and also you will live much longer.

Перевод: очень важно быть здоровым потому что в вашей жизни не будет никаких проблем(связанный со здоровьем), вам не придётся беспокоиться о многих болезнях, потому что у вас их не будет и также вы будете жить намного дольше.

2. We can stay healthy by eating much right food, for example fruits or vegetables, by trainings and doing sports and by staying happy and optimistic even in difficult situations.

Перевод: мы можем оставаться здоровым если будем есть больше правильной еды, например фрукты или овощи, если будет ходить на тренировки и заниматься спортом и если будем оставаться счастливыми и оптимистичными даже в трудных ситуациях.
