In a year there are four seasons: winter, spring, summer and autumn. All seasons are good in their own way. Winter, for example, is full of holidays, gifts and snow. Spring is the time for the awakening of nature. Autumn can be rainy, but still beautiful. However, my favorite season is summer. I choose summer because it's a vacation time. Summer is a season when the sun shines brightly, the sky seldom frowns, and the water in the sea becomes warm enough to swim. Even if it gets too hot, you can always go for a walk in the shady forest. I also love summer because there are a lot of berries, fruits and vegetables, not to mention the numerous flowers in the fields. Sometimes the air becomes stuffy, but occasional thunderstorms bring relief. After a thunderstorm, the air becomes significantly fresher, and very often one can see a rainbow in the sky. Summer, this is also the season when my parents and I go on vacation on the beach. This is a wonderful time when you can relax from a busy academic year and relax. I think that all children love summer because of the long school holidays, and I'm no exception. I also enjoy my free time, play with my friends, watch TV, and do other carefree deeds. Despite this, I do not forget to read useful books, from time to time.
