nowadays people take up extremal sports such a skydiving, horse riding, free diving and so on. in my opinion the most dangerous extreme sport is free diving. i have no idea how do people try it, taking risk of their life. diving from the sky with maximum speed is too dangerous. it needs lots of courage. i have never thought about extremal sports because i want to live long and calm. but if one day i really want to do extreme sport, i will completely learn by heart all the process of sport
