В вопросительно-отрицательном предложении на первом месте должен быть вс глагол c отрицанием, а дальше подлежащее и сказуемое, если есть. Примеры:
1) Aren't you going to the shopping centre?
2) Don't you have some peanut butter?
3) Haven't you been to Australia?
В отрицательном предложении либо добавляется вс глагол с отрицанием, либо отрицание добавляется к глаголу, если он уже имеется.
1) I don't want to go to school today.
2) I can't play football because of my leg.
3) I haven't been to museums last year.
