A more advanced Soviet recipe Ingredients for 6-7 servings: • the meat of 1 chicken breast or 200 grams of boiled beef, • 400 g potatoes, boiled in jackets, • 2 medium pickled (or salted) cucumber, • 1 Cup of canned green peas, • 1 medium onion, finely chopped, • 200 g of mayonnaise, • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, • 6 large black olives, • 8 sprigs parsley. PREPARATION: Chop the cooked chicken, potatoes and peeled cucumber into small cubes. Gently mix meat, potatoes, cucumbers, green peas and finely chopped onion. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste and stir not to crush the vegetables. Chill before serving. If you want to make a salad do not add chicken.
