I usually have breakfast at about eight o'clock. I have a piece of toast and cup of coffee for breakfast. 
I have lunch at one o'clock. As a rule I have soup and potatoes or rice with meat or fish. 
I have dinner at about seven o'clock. My dinner consists of a sandwich and yogurt.

Я обедаю в час. Как правило я ем суп и картофель или рис с мясом или рыбой.

The English usually have 4 meals a day:breakfast, lunch, 5 o‘clock tea and dinner. Typical english breakfast are beckon with eggs, toasts and corn flakes. Some people prefer to have only one cup of coffee with a toast or something similar. This is usually called a 'continental breakfast'. Well, Dinner is the most substantial meal of the whole day. It is usually eaten at 7 o'clock. The first course may be soup , and the second may be fish or meet. And also, we couldn’t forget about dessert- tea or coffee with cheesecake,muffin. The most interesting tradition in Britain is 5 o’clock tea. About this meal people know around the whole world. A cup of tee on middle of the day is everyday routine for Englishmen.
