Условное наклонение ( second conditional или subjunctive mood) — это if+ глагол в past simple (-ed тли вторая форма неправильного глагола) + would + инфинитив глагола (present simple)
Во втором conditional с местоимениями he, she it, i всегда используется were, а не was!

Look! The sun is shining brightly and it is warm.

(is shining - потому что есть слово "look", которое указывает на то, что действие происходит в данный момент и поэтому ставим время Present Continuous; is - потому что это форма глагола to be в настоящем времени)

- What are you thinking about? You look nervous.

(are thinking - это процесс поэтому нужно время Present Continuous; look - потому что это состояние и поэтому ставим Present Simple)

- I think you are wrong. I am quite happy!

(think - потому что это состояние и поэтому Present Simple)
