When were you in a cafe or a restaurant for the last time? Do you like to visit
cafes and restaurants? My Mom, Dad, my brother, my sister and I sometimes go
to a restaurant on weekends. We love good food, beautiful music. There are
many restaurants in our city, for example, a French restaurant, a Chinese
restaurant, a German restaurant, an English restaurant. There is an Italian
restaurant. It is very popular. When we visit a Japanese restaurant, we always
order sushi. That is very tasty. You can also order vegetables, fruits, grilled meat,
dumplings, pizza, ice cream, juices and so on.
We cannot go to a restaurant every day because it is expensive. We go to a
restaurant once or twice a month. If I get good marks at school, my parents invite
me to a restaurant. When it is my birthday, we go to a restaurant. I invite my
school friends and we are celebrate my birthday with a great pleasure.
I study English, so I know how to order a pizza in Russian and in English. Last year
we travelled. We were in England. We went to a cozy cafe, and I ordered some ice
cream, potatoes, pizza, pork ribs. My Dad ordered a glass of beer, Mom ordered a
cup of wine, my brother ordered a cup of milk, and my sister ordered some
orange juice. We listened to the good music in the cafe and the waiter was very
kind to us.
