I usually watch TV twice a day. In the morning and in the evening before going to sleep.
I prefer to watch TV at home with my family or with my friends when i'm visiting them.
I watch TV for about two hours a day and for an hour a day on weekends.
I really like to watch "твоя любимая ТВ программа" (and "вторая любимая ТВ программа") 
I really like it because it is very exciting and so interesting that i can't take my eyes of the TV set.
I don't really spend much of my free time in front of the TV, i'd better prefer going for a walk with my friends or reading books 

I’d like to tell you a little bit about my favourite TV program. It’s an informative show called “Galileo”. It is named after a famous scientist Galileo Galilei, who liked making experiments. I watch this program regularly and try not to miss the next issue. It is usually shown at weekends.

Each time the presenter of the program Alexander Pushnoy explains different phenomena of nature and shows amazing experiments. Most of all I like the part with these experiments. In my opinion, “Galileo” show is interesting not only for children but also for adults.
