Thinking about my future profession, I come to the conclusion that the work of a journalist would be most suitable for me. This specialty seems interesting and creative to me. It requires a good knowledge of the Russian language, the ability to beautifully express one's thoughts, the desire to communicate with people and be at the center of the events covered. I think I have all of the above qualities.
I like to write articles for the school newspaper. Especially those dedicated to concerts, literary evenings and holidays organized in the gymnasium. Before preparing the material, I always carefully collect information: I talk with the music director, teachers, ask questions to the participants of the event, and look for suitable articles on the Internet. In a word, I do all the work that a professional journalist usually does.
In addition to articles, I like to write essays in literature classes. The teacher usually praises me for my efforts and gives me positive grades, thanks to which I am more and more convinced of the correctness of the choice I made.
Since I am very interested in the field of art, I would like to connect my future profession with the coverage of cultural events. I think that in order to achieve success in the chosen field, it will not be enough just to get a diploma in journalism. This profession will require knowledge of the history of music, cinema and theater.
But I strive to acquire new knowledge and am ready to learn everything that is required to master the desired specialty. Even having become a respected journalist, I do not intend to stop there. I want to continue to develop in my favorite profession and achieve new career heights.
