I am a healthy kid. Я здоровый ребенок.
But sometimes I have a cold Но иногда я болею.
To be healthy I usually sleep a lot, eat healthy food – more  fruit and vegetables, do morning exercises, harden my body, walk on foot, do sports and so on. Чтобы быть здоровым, я обычно много сплю, ем здоровую пищу – больше фруктов и овощей, делаю утром зарядку, закаляюсь, хожу пешком, занимаюсь спортом и т.д. I feel better now.
