During the last year four new houses were being built, three more are being built now, and the constructions of several houses have been finished lately. — Have the people already moved in them? - No, the houses haven’t been lived in yet, but they will be moved into very soon.
Generally, many houses are built in our city every year, but in the last years the number of new buildings of our region has been reduced considerably. – Whatis it connected with? – Mainly it is connected with economic problems.
Can the old houses be reconstructed or be reorganized? Such way out of the situation is/was thought of, but it has been decided to postpone this decision.

Двери будут открываться и закрываться автоматически. Холодильники начнут разговаривать. Роботы будут делать работу по дому. Многие из этих будущих проектов уже используются.

These houses will be programmed as it is necessary for their owners. For example, the light will be turned on when people enter the room and to be switched off when they leave it. Doors will automatically open and be closed. Refrigerators will begin to talk. Robots will do housework. Many of these future projects are already used.
