Если предложение утвердительное, то схема такая:
вс глагол to be надо согласовать в зависимости от местоимения (числа) и образовать форму глагола с окончанием -ing, то есть-
I am working.
He/she/it is working
we/you/they are working.

если предложение отриц., то после вс глагола в согласованной форме надо добавить отриц. частицу not,(глагол остается с оконч. -ing ), напр. He is not working.

если предложение вопрос., то вс глагол в согласованной форме ставится на первое место  (глагол остается с оконч. -ing ),: Is he working?
