Every teacher should be well prepared before they stand before the students. Also it's important to allow children be risk takers and make mistakes. Furthermore, teachers should make their class fun and interesting, so that children want to come to school everyday because of them.

Teachers shouldn't punish any child physically, tease, humiliate or use harsh words. Also they shouldn't force children to perform too many tasks inappropriate to age or time available. In addition, teachers shouldn't ignore students and allow them to wander or talk, when they are engaged.

Every student should be attentive in the class. Also students should develop self-discipline and managing the time. Furhermore, they should do all of their homework.
