I was very glad to hear from you again. I haven't written for ages because of my school activities.

In your letter you ask me to tell you about my favorite kind of sports. With a pleasure. I like many kinds of sports but best of all I like football. It's the game of my dream. I play for my school football club "Shkolnik". We are good players and we win almost every competitions.
Besides it I'm a football fan and I like to watch every match on TV or in the stadium. And what about you? Tell me about your favorite kind of sports.That's for me today. I have to go.

Я был очень рад получить от тебя весточку. Я не писал целую вечность из-за занятости в школе.
 
В своем письме ты просишь меня рассказать  о моем любимом виде спорта. С удовольствием. Мне нравятся многие виды спорта, но больше всего я люблю футбол. Это игра моей мечты. Я играю за  мой школьный футбольный клуб "Школьник". Мы хорошие игроки, и мы выигрываем почти все соревнования.
Кроме того, я футбольный болельщик, и мне нравится смотреть каждый матч по телевизору или на стадионе. А как насчет тебя? Расскажи мне о своих любимых видах спорта. Это все на сегодня. Мне нужно идти.

One night I had a nightmare that I lived in an old house in the suburbs. It was a rainy autumn day. I came home from school when my parents were still at work. I went to my room, opened my wardrobe and there, in the dark corner, I saw two big green eyes staring at me. I slammed the door of the wardrobe, ran out of my room and closed the door of the room. I was terrified and tried to think clearly. Who or what could that be there? I had no idea. Right then to my horror I heard loud scratching coming from the other side of the door! I looked down and saw a huge hairy paw with three long claws coming from under the door. I screamed and woke up.

Однажды ночью мне приснился кошмар, что я жил в старом доме в пригороде. Был дождливый осенний день. Я пришел домой из школы, когда мои родители были еще на работе. Я пошел в свою комнату, открыл шкаф и там, в темном углу, увидел два больших зеленых глаза, уставившихся на меня. Я захлопнул дверь гардероба, выбежал из своей комнаты и закрыл дверь комнаты. Я был в ужасе и пытался ясно мыслить. Кто или что могло там быть? Я понятия не имел. И тут, к своему ужасу, я услышал громкое царапанье с другой стороны двери! Я посмотрел вниз и увидел огромную волосатую лапу с тремя длинными когтями, вытягивающуюся из-под двери. Я закричал и проснулся.
