Then enter the beaten egg whites and gently-resistant foam, so as not to destroy the foam, add the flour so that the dough turned out quite thick. Let the dough rise a second time, then beat out a well, put in a greased generously with softened butter form, fill it halfway to let the dough rise level with the edges of the mold and bake at 180 C until ready.
