She likes to wear gold jewelry and she has gold earrings, several rings with beautiful stones on her fingers, a heavy old oriental bracelet with a reddish tint. "Gold is best adorned by a real woman, it was invented specially for us," says Aunt Suzanne about her jewelry. This is ridiculous, but from some side my neighbor is right: a woman should watch her appearance and decorate herself!Much else can be told about Aunt Suzanne, but it is also clear: this is an interesting and special woman!

In law, the Head of State is the Queen, but in practice, the Queen reigns, but does not rule. The country is ruled by the elected government with the Prime Minister at the head. The British Parliament consists of two chambers: the House of Lords and the House of Commons.

There are three main political parties in Great Britain: the Labour, the Conservative and the Liberal parties. The Liberal party is the ruling party nowadays.
